Pupil Management Goal

To cultivate positive behaviour through self-discipline. This will lead to a warm, caring and supportive environment enabling every pupil to maximize his potential for both academic, sports and leadership excellence while being a compassionate, responsible and respectful member of the community.


Approach to Discipline

  • Character Education through assembly talks , Lifeskills lessons,  CME lessons to pupils eg to emphasize one school value per month
  • Making known to all pupils on the school rules and the consequences through  the code of conduct aligned with school values through talks and school diary
  • Making necessary referral for pupils with special needs , emotional and behavioural problems
  • Promoting acceptable behaviour through various school programmes like counselling
  • Intensive monitoring of the pupils before, during recesses and after school as well as providing detailed response to all investigations for all serious cases reported in school
